Manual
The opening form contains buttons for entry into the main area and a
button to link you to the new "Quick Note" form.
Tapping the tab takes you to the form you want, the arrow in the upper
right will take you to the second page of tabs. The double arrows in the lower left
and right will move you to the first and last record respectively. The single arrows
at the lower left and right move you back and forward one record at a time. The
"New" button will create a new record, while "Delete" will clear the
currently displayed record from the database.
Enter your past and present work history with this form. The
entries are loaded into the database in the order that you enter them.
Research opportunities and any publications can be recorded on this
page.
Any
organization or association membership can be logged into this form.
This
form is designed to keep track of any leadership opportunities that you would like to have
on a resume or job application.
Record
any service or volunteer efforts on this form.
Any
awards, honors, scholarships, and/or certificates can be tracked on this form.
Keep
track of those contacts and references that will help you get where you want to go.
The
new Quick Note form is perfect for jotting down those hard to remember facts about your
cv, resume, or application. Supports unlimited records, easy navigation, and a large

While I have done my best to work out all the kinks in CVKeeper 1.0, there are bound to be a few left over. Please be patient and let me know of any alterations that are necessary. The un-registered version doesn't allow text entry into the tables, but it will give you an idea of what to expect. Registered owners of CVKeeper are entitled to any updates made to this program from here on out, for free.
*There a some known limitations to CVKeeper that I would like to make you aware of... CVKeeper was developed with the help of a PC program called PDA Toolbox. While this program is wonderful, it does have its limitations. CVkeeper has no cut, copy, or paste functions. There are no links to other palm programs. Also, sometimes when you create a new record or delete a record and then tab over to a new form, the new from appears blank as if your data has been erased. Take a deep breath and push the back arrow button... sometimes when a new record is created it creates a blank record on other forms as well. It is not a problem once your data is entered. I am working on it.
